Our brake press machine has a 4.1m wide mouth, which allows us to bend thin gauge from 1mm up to 16mm thick with a pressing capacity of 320 tonne.
As South Australia’s heavy plate specialists, our bending and pressing capability is second to none. No matter how big the job, we can form steel plate to exact specifications using our advanced technology and in-house machinery.

We’re flexible in our work, our timelines and our steel. At Ferrocut, we can bend steel of up to 28mm thick and as long as 12.2m, depending on the steel combination, with a pressing capacity of 1250 tonne.
We can press any steel or metal, including aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, exotic alloys and quenched & tempered steels.
Our extra-long pressing capabilities offer the perfect solution for over-sized components typically needed in the transport, agriculture and mining industries.
